OUR SCOPE
Superior Bowen was charged with delivering infrastructure improvements to support the City of Warrensburg’s economic growth initiative. We partnered with McClure, the city engineer for Warrensburg, and the Johnson County Economic Development Commission (JCEDC) to tackle this project, which involved a fixed budget and an aggressive schedule. Our team made the most of state-allocated funds through efficient design development, cost control, and construction execution.
Ultimately, our partnership empowered Warrensburg and JCEDC to achieve their vision while optimizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
UNIQUE CHALLENGES
During early design development, Superior Bowen collaborated closely with McClure to provide value engineering input, refine construction budgets, and support plan finalization. After we received approval, SB successfully executed the project on an aggressive schedule. Our team’s proactive coordination and resource management empowered us to overcome tight timelines, meeting all project goals on time and within budget.
