OUR SCOPE
Superior Bowen was responsible for extensive sitework and asphalt paving on this project. We cleared and grubbed the site, then stripped topsoil, graded the site, and milled building pad LVC. Our crews then crushed and reused rock spoils. SB created temporary access roads and laydown areas. Additionally, we installed site utilities, which included the construction of a water recovery center. Our scope ended with asphalt paving.
Unique Challenges
An adjacent project left a large stockpile of rock spoils on our site. We worked with the general contractor to determine how to effectively use this material in the construction of our building pad. Our contribution ensured peak efficiency in this site’s earthwork performance.
