At Superior Bowen, we’ve always believed that strong infrastructure starts with strong people. That’s why we’re proud to share that Jennifer Breuer, our Vice President of Quality & Materials, has been appointed to the National Women of Asphalt (WofA) Board of Directors.
Jennifer has spent her career pushing the asphalt industry forward—leading advancements in materials, raising the bar on quality, and helping shape the future of how we build. At Superior Bowen, she oversees our materials division, including asphalt production and quality control, ensuring the work we put down every day stands the test of time.
Her impact goes well beyond our company. Jennifer has been deeply involved at the national level, contributing to research, innovation, and industry standards through organizations like NAPA and the Transportation Research Board. Now, she’ll bring that same experience and perspective to Women of Asphalt as they continue building a stronger, more inclusive workforce.
Women of Asphalt is focused on opening doors—creating opportunities through education, mentorship, and community. It’s work that matters, especially in an industry where the next generation will define what comes next.
As Jennifer put it:“Women of Asphalt plays a critical role in opening doors and creating pathways for women across our industry. As I think about the future for the next generation—including my own daughter—I’m proud to support that mission and help create more opportunities for women to succeed.”
That mindset reflects exactly who we are at Superior Bowen. We’re not just focused on the work we do today—we’re invested in the people who will carry it forward.
Jennifer’s appointment is a big win, not just for our team, but for the industry as a whole. And we’re proud to see her helping lead the way.
