Superior Bowen Names Greg Pfau Vice President of SiteWorks

Superior Bowen is pleased to announce the promotion of Greg Pfau to Vice President, SiteWorks, effective January 1, 2026.

Greg joined Superior Bowen in 2021 and was promoted to Director of SiteWorks in 2022. Under his leadership, the SiteWorks division has experienced significant growth, increasing both revenue and profitability while expanding operational margins.

Greg has played a key role in that success through his collaborative leadership style, strong internal and external relationships, and a commitment to continuous improvement across the organization.

As Superior Bowen continues to grow, the Vice President, SiteWorks role was created to support the increasing scale and complexity of the division. The position will continue to evolve as the business expands, with Greg maintaining certain Director-level responsibilities while the role continues to take shape.
