Superior Bowen is providing fine grading, aggregate base installation, and both temporary and permanent asphalt paving for the Panasonic project in DeSoto, Kansas. Our scope also includes managing pavement marking and signage, delivering the horizontal infrastructure needed to support safe, efficient traffic flow across the site throughout construction and into long-term operations.
unique challenges
With multiple trades working concurrently across the site, maintaining progress without interference was a key challenge. We addressed this by strategically phasing work, remaining flexible with scheduling, and maintaining constant communication with field teams and trade partners. This coordinated approach allows work to advance efficiently while minimizing disruptions.
