Superior Bowen is delivering mass grading, temporary and permanent asphalt paving, and managing both temporary and permanent site restoration seeding for the Meta Data Centers project in Clay County, Missouri. Our work establishes stable site conditions and durable paving to support active construction and long-term facility operations.
unique challenges
With construction and multiple trades active across the site simultaneously, the primary challenge has been keeping work moving without crews getting in each other’s way. We addressed this by strategically phasing our work, remaining flexible with the schedule, and maintaining constant communication with trade partners and field teams. That coordination allows us to adapt day-to-day, minimize disruptions, and keep progress steady.
