OUR SCOPE

Superior Bowen transformed over 38 lane miles throughout Overland Park in a massive project that required over 370,000 SY of milling, 8,900 tons of patching, and 52,234 tons of surface paving. We worked closely with both Construction Materials Testing Group and Kaw Valley, the city’s testing subcontractor, to ensure the quality of our asphalt and concrete. The concrete portion of this project involved over 100,000 LF of curb, 130,000 SF of sidewalk, and 200 different inlet repairs.

We maintained progress to close each area according to the city’s specifications, with the ultimate goal of limiting inconvenience to both neighborhoods and the traveling public.
